Today is for logging, Journey for history, Click for pen tools, and You for reminders, optional weight connections, the Care Summary and settings.

Daily Check-in

Check in without stepping on the scale.

Record your overall feeling, appetite, energy, Side Effect Entries and an optional note. The home-screen widget shows whether today's check-in is complete and opens the Daily Check-in when tapped.

Each Side Effect Entry includes what you felt, its severity and an optional note. It does not claim the medication caused it.

Weight Trend

Your weight, week by week.

Add Weigh-ins manually, or connect Apple Health or Health Connect to import weight entries. GLP Journie groups entries into weekly averages, keeps each Weigh-in in the weekly details and can show an optional Weight Goal.

While connected, new manual Weigh-ins are also saved to the health service. Deleting local app data does not delete health entries. The trend records history. It does not predict.

Injection Log

Know where you injected last.

Record the medication, Prescribed Dose, date, time and injection site. Today shows the next injection day and your last recorded site. GLP Journie records the dose you enter and does not recommend or change it.

Set optional reminders for a Daily Check-in, weekly Weigh-in and injection. Each reminder opens the matching entry screen.

Click Counter

Count clicks by tap or microphone.

Count manually, or start optional microphone detection. Audio is analyzed in memory on the device and discarded. Detection is experimental and can miss soft or distant clicks or react to other sharp sounds.

The prototype Click Calculator uses a public reference table, not manufacturer dose data, and does not recommend a dose. The calculator must stay out of a release unless publisher eligibility or regulator approval is documented.

Care Summary

Prepare a Care Summary to share.

Choose a period, preview the result and share a PDF with weight, Injection Logs, overall feeling, appetite, energy and Side Effect Entries. It leaves out Click history, name, date of birth, address and member identifier. Personal notes appear only when you select them.

Privacy

Local by default.

GLP Journie works without an account and does not send your Journey Record to a GLP Journie server. Health sync, reminders, the widget and PDF sharing use services supplied by your phone only when you choose or enable them.
